This week sees the opening of Canada’s second tallest tower, The Bow.
The structure was designed by Foster + Partners and stands at 237 metres, nearly 300 metres shorter than the CN Tower in Toronto.
The new development will be the new joint headquarters of natural gas and oil firm Encana and oil company Cenovus. It will also provide retail and restaurant space at it’s base.
The unique shape of the building is designed to provide it’s tenants with superb, panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.
