Taiwan Wind Tower

Drawings have been released of a proposed tower building in Taiwan that will be completely powered by wind.

The building, designed by Decode Urbanism Office, will feature turbines on the facade to harvest wind energy.

At night, thousands of LED lights powered by the wind turbines will illuminate the building.  The LEDs will change colour depending on the temperature of the season.

It is still unclear as to when construction will begin.
