Commercial property owners all around the world are facing the problem of not being able to fill their buildings with tenants, even in city centre locations.
Danish firm, Pink Cloud have devised an interesting solution where they would set up temporary hotels in the vacant spaces.
Flat packed modules containing beds, sofas, basins, baths, partitions etc. could be transported between offices and would be small enough to fit into lifts at the location.
The hotels would be operational for about a month before changing destination and the profits split between site owner and the operator.
