Starting September 6th, Fairmont Dubai will be providing a unique experience for a limited amount of diners in Noire at Spectrum on One.
The restaurant will be completely blacked out for one sitting a night on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
Without sight, the diners’ other senses will heighten and make them appreciate the food even more.
Servers will be wearing night vision goggles to maneuver through the restaurant.
Sightsavers will receive £5 for every diner that participates in the experience.
