Have you ever been bothered by other hotel guests’ room service trays sitting out in the hall for hours before collection?

Axxess Industries have developed a new product that will notify hotel staff as soon as a guest’s dirty dishes have left their room.

Traytracker combines a transmitter placed on the tray with a receiver posing as a privacy service sign out in the hall.  When the two are in close proximity to each other an alert is sent to staff to clear the tray.

Details are sent as to which room the signal is coming from and how long it has been there for.
