Imperial Tower, Mumbai

The architect Adrian Smith, who designed the Burj Khalifa, has won the contract for what is expected to be Mumbai’s tallest building.

The Imperial Tower will stand at 400m and be designed to ‘confuse the wind’ through its curved facade and sky gardens.

The architects have employed a sustainable design for the project including a rainwater collection and reuse system.

The building will function as a high-end residential block.
