Ritz-Carlton quests benefit from new mobile app

A new app was launched in 2012 to feature tour reservations and integrate other social platforms such as Foursquare, World Concierge. This year more extras were added,  such as check-ins and check – outs as well as ordering food and beverages.

The new version of the app personalizes the services allowing quests to place orders in a bar using their mobile. For people who would like to try the new App it is already available in Naples in Florida.

Ritz Carlton App

Marriott International, the parent company of the Ritz-Carlton, recently expanded their check-in, check-out apps that will allow 4000 hotels around the world to use it.

Chief sales and marketing officer Ed French admits that the new version of this App is definitely worth using.  Many researches were carried on before the final version of the application was launched.

The new feature should benefit customers, as it will reduce the number of trips between a person and the place where he would like to order food.  It does save time. It also helps the  staff, which can prepare the order much faster and a clear written order avoids making any mistakes.
